You can make everything but the poster for this one
Or you can make the poster yourself by painting the poster yourself which would be good fun for you.
Ether way .
What I am going to describe is this.

You viewing Paris From your bedroom'
You viewing it through a window in your room
One of those posters that are of a photo at night ,with all the lights of Paris shining bright would be good.
but anything you like will do

What you are going to do is make a fake" window"
on a blank wall where there is no window at all.
With all the other windows curtains close
You will be able to view Paris
From this window

Use a simple curtain rod
or just pin up the elegant cloth that drapes above the window and the hangs down the sides of the poster(window), so the top & edges of the poster are hidden.
Then make a simple shelf ( maybe 3" deep and the width of the window ) at the bottom edge of the poster.
This is the window sill and can be used to set a candle upon.
Now all 4 sides of the poster hidden,
3 sides by the flowing curtain and the bottom by the fake window sill.

If you mak the "window" large enough
you place a very small round table ( 20")
In front of the window with a small chair.
And view Paris While drinking your coffee or tea.
For me it would be some wine with bread & cheese.

Did you see it ?
Or not ?
