How did the geography of France affect it's cooking styles?
I am doing a school report on France and I’m trying to make a cook book. One of the requirements is that I have to show how the cooking styles were affected by it’s geography. If no one knows how it was affected by the geography then could you tell me a good place to get info on the subject.
geography affected cooking in all places. the people cooked what they could get easily and was abundant. closer to water ate fish and other seafood. inland ate other types of meat.
