Get the Ferry to Liverpool, then go to Liverpool Lime Street Station. From here you can jump on a Virgin Pendilino Train from Liverpool Direct to London:

    http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/

Go to that website and type in Liverpool Lime Street in the "from" box
and type in London Euston in the "to" box.

That site will give you detailed times and journey lengths.

Getting to Paris would also be similar

Type Liverpool and Paris in the appropriate boxes, and select your times etc..

Travelling Liverpool to Paris takes approx 4.5hours.

    Hope this helps.

Is there a railway network connecting Ireland to Britain? I don’t think there is…

There is no way. Take a ferry to Dublin town and roll over to greater London in little or no time at all

Well, of course you can’t as Belfast is over the water. You will need to fly.
