How long does it take for a postcard from Paris to get to San Francisco?

I have a couple of friends who are sending me postcards from Paris and am wondering how long it will take to receive them.

    I think it would be takes one week at least .

    It took 3 weeks for my girlfriends postcard to reach me. she mailed it at the beginning of her trip(which was 3 weeks in Paris…. and I received it a day before she got back.
