How to apply Morocco visa in Paris and where?

I am planning to go to Morocco in April and I am an Indian studying in Paris.
I have my carte de sejour but what all other documents do I require to apply for the visa.
I went to the Morocco Consulate in South of Paris but they told me to go to Pontoise and gave me the telephone number and email.
I tried contacting them , but they are not replying them or picking up the phone.
Pontoise is quite far from Versailles where I live, so please give advices or suggestions or own experiences.
It would be quite helpful…
Thanks

Hi, I can understand you as my country’s civil servants have the reputation to be very "efficient" :)

If you want a visa to go to Morocco, first, make sure you need one ;) Most of the countries don’t need visas for Morocco if they are just coming for less than three months :)

Well, seemingly you need one… I don’t understand this stupid visa system, especially in a country like Morocco but well… You know, even Moroccans have to fill a form explaining why they come back to their country when they get to an airport : security measure… Foolish! But anyway ^^
