			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In 2001, my husband and I visited the Louvre Museum in Paris, France.  Of course, we visited the famous Mona Lisa by De Vinci.  In front of the painting was a small roped off area so visitors would not stand too close to the painting.  Within the small roped off area was trash&#8230;.like beverage cups, food wrappings and mostly museum pamphlets.  It was really weird because the gallery where the painting was displayed was immaculate.  Why there?  Why did the guards standing so nearby allow it?  Does anyone know?</p>
