Which European countries besides UK and France have more tolerance to Blacks?

P.S. I discount the eastern European countries especially Russia because they hate us now.

While the Pak Fa may be available in the future I don’t think either of those countries will be interested in buying it from Russia, and with the recent Rafale and Eurofighter development, I don’t see 5th generation aircraft project in the near Future.
Do France and Germany intend to stay without a 5th generation aircraft?

Is it theoretically possible to ride a bike from NYC to Paris via frozen ocean between Alaska and Russia?

It appears from looking at Google satellite images that there’s only a three mile gap between Little Diamede (US) and Big Diamede (RU) islands. These are connected by what looks like frozen ocean. So it seems possible to walk or ride a bike from US to Russia. But to ride continuously from NYC to Paris you’d need to reach these islands w/out a boat, which are only about 25 miles from their respective mainlands. Does this Ocean ever freeze enough to cross?

It appears that Russia needs to update its weapons because it "feels like it is being surrounded by American Missiles". Has the sale of warships by france to Russia meant that Europe will start upgrading Russia’s outdated equipment? Does this show a new partnership forming, as Europe, mainly Germany relies on Russia for energy supplies?

Is it better to be in Paris on weekend or during the week?

I am going to fly to Russia through France. I would like to stay in Paris for 2-3 days.I need to decide if I should stay there on Mon-Wed or Friday-Mon.
Any suggestions on visiting Paris on weekend or Mon-Wed?
I am planning to stay in the center of the city. Thank you.

Why did the French surrender to the Germans without a fight during WWII?

Was there a strategy behind such move? The French must have known they would not be alone, and that the combined forces of the allies (The USA, Britain, and Russia) would crush the Germans. I just can’t understand why they gave up without a fight. Your thoughts?
