Can a red dot rifle sight be shipped to france legally?

Would the exportation of a single C more systems ATAC weapons sight to the country of france violate any U.S exportation laws? How would one check this?
This item is not a weapon, it is a weapon sight. My concern is that it would violate the same US law that prohibits the exportation of night vision equipment.

What do you think about the president of France banning the use of Burqas?

I think its great that he is doing this because it ensures safety for everyone. No one wants to be scared of someone who looks like they could be hiding any weapons with them. Also, it will keep muslims from wanting to immigrate to France, as it’s part of islam culture to take over other countries to turn them into a Muslim country… Look what happened to Britain!

Now France is selling warships to Russia, will the rest of Europe start sharing weapons with Russia?

It appears that Russia needs to update its weapons because it "feels like it is being surrounded by American Missiles". Has the sale of warships by france to Russia meant that Europe will start upgrading Russia’s outdated equipment? Does this show a new partnership forming, as Europe, mainly Germany relies on Russia for energy supplies?
