What is the best time to buy a ticket to Paris from California?

I am planning to fly to paris this June for about 10 days, what is the best time for me to purchase the ticket. Right now, the ticket runs for 7 r/t. from San Jose, California non-refundable. Would you advise that I buy it or wait to see if the airfare goes lower. Thank you.
Dates 6/14 and returning on 6/25

    I found $930 round trip refundable tickets inclusive of airport taxes and fee.

    You can take them and refund if you find better prices.

    I would recommend to book about 8 weeks in advance to save money.

    i would love to buy your ticket right here from france… about 30% cheaper all year long !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Anyway, enjoy the most beautiful city in the world… been travelling for 20 years, stayed in San Fran, Miami, Bangkok, Berlin, Dakar, Carraibean, Barcelona, Roma still think Paris is over the top for so many reasons
