Where are the affordable French courses in France?
I am planning to learn French in France, living there for at least a year if possible. My main concern is my tight budget. Any suggestion on schools, universities, scholarships?

Well, I know you have foreigner universities (I know that there is an american university somewhere in Paris).
University in France will cost you about 400 euros a year. But as you are a foreigner I don’t know. I think that you can have french courses in university.
If you have a tigt budget, the main problem will be finding a place to stay and live there. Avoid Paris. Really. I mean it. There are students living on the street because they can’t find a flat. To find a flat you need a lot of papers and references.
Toulouse is a great city for universities. It’s cheaper, people are great, there are a lot of foreigners and it’s very sunny.
